PONER A ABLANDAR LA CARNE CON EL VINAGRE TAPAR PERO NO COMPLETO PONER LA TAPA A MEDIA PARA QUE SE VENTILE EL VAPOR LO QUE LA CARNE SE PONE SUAVE VAMOS HACER EL GUINEO:PONER A HERVIR LOS GUINEOS. EN UN SARTEN PEQUENO PONER LA CUCHARADITA DE ACEITE VAMOS A CORTAR LA CEBOLLA EN RODAJAS Y PONERLAS EN EL SARTEN A SOFREIR PONER LA PIMIENTA Y LISTO SOLO DEJAR SOFREIR HASTA QUE LA CEBOOLA ESTE CARAMELIZADA Y LISTO SOLAMENTE SERVIR EL GUINEO CON LA CEBOLLA CUANDO VAYAN A COMER.
CUANDO HAIGAN PASADO 3 A 4 HORAS BOTAR EL AGUA Y SEPARAR LA CARNE DESMENUSARLA AHORA PONEMOS LA OLLA AL FUEGO PONER UN POCO DE AGUA Y VAZ ECHANDOLE ADOBO AL GUSTO A LA CARNE EL SAZON,EL CUBITO Y EL CUBITO DE JAMON, EL SOFRITO,LA PIMIENTA,AJO EN POLVO Y MENEAR. AHORA VAMOS A INTEGRAR LA PAPA Y LA ZANAHORIA LE ECHAS EL RESTO DEL AGUA Y DEJAS COCINAR HASTA QUE EL AGUA REDUSCA UN POCO AHORA PONEMOS LA PASTA DE TOMATE Y EL CILANTRO PICADO Y DEJAR COCINAR HASTA QUE ESTE ESPESO Y LISTO PARA COMER. CARNE GUISADA CON ARROZ BLANCO Y EL GUINEO CON CEBOLLA BUEN PROVECHO. ESPERO QUE LES GUSTE!
(BEEF STEW WITH GREEN BANANAS)
Ingredients:
1 pound of beef in chunks
2 carrot cut in pieces
5 little patotoes cut in pieces
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
1 cup of water
sofrito(coriander leaves, white onions, 10 garlic cloves,green pepper and red peppers just put everything in a blender and done you could use it for beans meat anything even soup)
1 sazon (red seasoning powder style)
1cubito de jamon (ham seasoning powder style)
Adobo
4 teaspoons of tomato paste
2 teaspoon of coriander leaves for last
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
For the green bananas:
5 green bananas
1 white onion cut
1tablespoon of vegetable oil
1teaspoon of black pepper
1teaspoon of salt
Instructions:FIrst step in a big pot put the chunks of beef with four cups of water and the two tablespoons of vinegar put it on the heat to boil so the meat could get soft cover it but not completely so the vapor could come out if it need more water when boiling just add more until the meat is really soft and braking apart that the ideal way at least put it to cook early because it would take 2 to 3 hours to cook. While you wait for your meat to be done cut your carrots,potatoes and put the aside for when the meat is ready now let go thru the green bananas cut the ends and peel the green bananas and put them to boil in the pot with water and a little bit of salt in another pot put the cut onions the vegetable oil the black pepper and the little bit of salt and let is cook for 10 to 15 if you like your onions really soft let it cook more and you could and the cook green bananas let it cook a bit and done they ready.When the meat is soft just throw away the water and with some forks shred the meat and put it back in the heat and now is ime to add the adobo,garlic powder,sofrito,sazon,ham seasoning,black pepper mix it all together add the carrots and potatoes let it cook a little bit with medium heat at least one minute and add the water and let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes after is boiling add the tomatoe paste mix well let it boil againand done when you serve just add the coriander leaves and done Enjoy!
