CALENTAR SU HORNO A 200 F
VAS A BATIR LAS CUATRO CLARAS EN UN RECIPIENTE VAS A PONER LA AZUCAR Y LA CUCHARADITA DE FECULA DE MAIZ Y LO VAS A MENEAR AHORA NUESTRO SIGUIENTE PASO SERA PONER LA CUCHARADITA DE EXTRACTO DE VAINILLA A LAS CLARAS. AHORA PONEMOS LA BOQUILLA DE ESTRELLA EN LA MANGA Y PONEMOS EL MERENGUE DENTRO DE LA MANGA Y HACEMOS PEQUENOS SUSPIRITOS EN LA BANDEJA Y HORNEAR POR UNA HORA A 200F Y DEJAR ENFRIAR LOS SUSPIRITOS EN EL HORNO.
(MERENGUE KISSES)
Ingredients:
4 eggs (separate the yolk from the whites)
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 pipping bag and a star tip
optional you could leave them white or put color with food coloring
and a greased tray
Instructions: Preaheat oven to 200 F now in the mixer put the eggs whites and beat them in a separate bowl put the sugar and the cornstarch and mix well our next step will be adding the vanilla extract to the egg whites now when you see the egg whites getting whiter and creamy start adding the sugar little by little when you see that your egg whites are on point that you take a spoon and it looks creamy and pointy on the bottom and doesnt fall down is ready if you want your merengue to have color now is the time to add the food coloring mix and now our next step will be putting our merengue in the pipping bag with the star tip and start doing little kisses on the tray when they ready put the tray on the oven the cooking will take a little bit long 1 hour and 30 minutes when they done just take the tray out let them get cool and enjoy them with anything could eat them by themself with coffee or even to decorate a cake really yummy.
