Back to school diet bowls ideas
Here is some ideas of back to school bowls
(but dont forget to do exercices is part of making it)
I make salad for each bowl prepare the dressing separate in indiidual little bowls
First bowl is onion steak with mashed potatoe
Second bowl is tuna I layer them in the bowl so the lettuce dont get bad so the first thing is tuna, tomatoe, and lettuce
Third bowl is chiken breast with salad
four bowl is onion steak with 1/3 cup of rice and beans
for the bowls with the rice and mashed potatoe the salad I prepared I put it in individual ziplock bags
For dressings I made three different ones and put them in little bowls that you can find in dollar three
The dressing for the tuna salad is 2 tablespoon of mayonaise, 1 1/2 tablespoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of oil, salt and pepper , a drizzle of woschester sauce mix well then pour in two individual bowls this is for two people you can make a bigger batch for the fam
Second dressing is 4 tablespoon of vegetable oil(you can substitute) ,2 teaspoon of mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoon of woschester sauce , salt and pepper mix well the pour in two individual bowls
third is a simple one 4 tablespoon of vegetable oil(you can substitute) , 1 1/2 teaspoon of woschester sauce,salt and pepper mix well then por in individual bowls hope ya enjoy this ideas please feel free to follow and comment what you want to see next thanks
Here are some pics of the bowls and others stuff i do like ham and cheese sandwishes for my kids lunch just prepare ahead and just next day put it in their luch bag and done is that easy and pancakes cook them then frezee them just warm in the toaster for breakfast and good to eat and egg and cheese bagels prepare them frezee them just used them when your kids want for breakfast or lunch in the microwave and all done is really easy making this bowls and frozen meals ahead if you busy with your job and kids get late home dont have the time just put them in the oven , toaster or even the microwaved all done!
